No Idea Agency is a creative collective founded by Jemma, a self-proclaimed brand hype gal with a penchant for fun, cheeky vibes. Specializing in branding, web design, social media management, and videography, No Idea Agency caters to purpose-driven businesses looking to elevate their digital presence, and have a helluva good time along the way.
Jemma's journey from corporate burnout to creative entrepreneur fuels her passion for helping others break free from the mundane, and do what makes them happy.
She had previously written her own website copy, but knew that while it was good, it didn’t quite hit the mark. In her own words: “I can’t write about myself to save my LIFE.”With a focus on transparency, authenticity, and doing good, Jemma wanted her brand to stand out in a crowded market and attract like-minded clients who shared her values. Given we had already worked together on a number of client projects (her as the designer, myself as the website copywriter), she knew she could trust me to make the changes she needed. Naturally, when she reached out for assistance, I was more than happy to take on the job.
words of love...
““You’re a f*cking guru. What you’ve written is bang on.”

THE Strategy
Drawing on Jemma's vibrant personality and the agency's playful brand identity, I developed a strategy to infuse her website copywriting with humor, relatability, and a touch of irreverence. When I was writing Jemma’s copy, I kept asking myself the one question… ‘does this sound like something Jemma would actually say?’ Her target market is primarily millennial women, so we referenced things like ‘house parties’ ‘bevvies’ and ‘the ‘gram’, as well as things like ‘strategy’ and ‘sustainability’ – issues that this group of women typically feel strongly about.
By highlighting No Idea Agency's unique selling propositions, such as their commitment to doing good, we aimed to differentiate them from competitors. We also used storytelling to really hone in on Jemma’s own experience as an entrepreneur – a story many of her dream clients not only relate to, but resonate deeply with.
While every client gets 2 rounds of revisions, Jemma responded to my first draft with just one sentence. ‘Spot on, girl. No changes.’
Which, let’s be honest… is the feedback we’re all here for.
THE Outcome
“As a business who creates content AND builds websites, I damn well know the importance of good copy and the impact it can have. The problem is… I can’t write about myself to save my LIFE (who can though…?!)
I engaged with No. 13 Collective to jazz about my brand, add a little sparkle and create some funky one liners, and she hit every nail on every head. From the initial deep dive into my business (I swear Kaity probably knows more about my own biz than I do - lol), to the final handover of copy, Kaity treated my business as if it were her own. Intricately stringing words into the most perfect sentences to describe exactly what we do, and how we do it, my audience doesn’t need to second question anything… it’s all there, perfectly summed up, with our very own personality spun through it all.
It’s helped us take our own brand more seriously, it’s helped us also realise the potential of personality that our brand can carry (and trust us - this is HUGE)! She’s breathed life into copy that was previously dull and that is not an easy task to do.”
