With her web design project starting in just two weeks, Diana needed new copy fast. Enter: the VIP Day.

While a full project like this would normally be a custom website copy package, we carved out a tailored VIP Day with an SEO component, so she could get exactly what she needed without anything she didn’t.

A Notion Specialist and Systems Strategist, Diana helps business owners ditch the chaos and streamline everything from project management to client onboarding. But her old copy was completely out of step with the energy she brings to her work.

Diana wanted a brand voice that felt just as punchy and unconventional as her new direction. One that made systems feel accessible, even exciting. She wanted a tone that screamed Not your average productivity consultant.

We flipped the script on what it means to work with a systems expert, and made her website just as fun, creative, and high-impact as the work she does behind the scenes.

The Strategy

Our goal was to create copy that felt like Diana: bold, straight-talking, and nothing like your average systems consultant. The strategy was to pair the kind of work she does: Notion builds, business systems, workflow automation, with a voice that was punchy, high-energy, and completely unexpected.

We flipped it. We made her copy sound like Diana: high-level, high-energy, and high on colour-coded spreadsheets.

And what we created…
Your business is ready for its CEO era. No more flying by the seat of your sticky notes. Let’s build systems that support the empire you’re here to create.”

And our favourite line?
More profit, more spa days, and fewer menty-bs. Let’s make it happen.

It worked because it didn’t just list features, it sold the benefits in a voice that was unmistakably hers. We wanted it to be a little jarring. A little loud. Because that’s what gets people to stop, scroll back, and actually pay attention.

The Outcome… in Her Words

“Kaitlin wrote the copy for my website, which was initially hard to let go of, coming from a serial “do-everything-yourself” sorta gal. Each page took my customer on an educational journey, it acknowledged and answered all their pain points and showed them exactly how my services could turn their dreams into a reality.
